Team National - Grow Your Downline Smarter, Not Harder
Do You Create Investment In Your Team National Business?
Greetings,
The answer to that question should be a "yes". If not, the odds tell us that the chances of a business succeeding without having created a worthwhile investment for others is low.
I'm not talking about creating a company to go public or anything like that, I'm talking about creating a distribution channel that is viewed as a great opportunity. Do you provide opportunity for others to:
- Recruit more distributors?
- Make more cash-money?
- Reach their goals and targets?
- Create more time through efficiency?
People who "create the investment" are among the top 0.1% of all income producers in the world. Those who create opportunity typically have an exciting and rewarding journey, and are able to benefit those whom they love, as well as business associates.
Let's take a look at a few good examples of this:
Sam Walton - started a small retail store that is now the Leviathan Of All Retail...Wal-Mart
Bill Gates - Started out of his garage and grew Microsoft into one of the largest employers on the planet
Ingvar Kamprad - As a teenager, this Swedish native sold Christmas cards, matches, fish, and pens for money. Got into furniture in 1947. Today...owns and operates Ikea, and one of the top 5 richest men in the world.
Martha Helen Kostyra - She started from scratch, and built her brand to the point where she has world-wide recognition and appeal. Today, Martha Stewart has a business that is internationally renowned.
These leaders created wonderful opportunities for people of all backgrounds, all over the world, to generate revenue and improve their financial lifestyle.
So what does all this have to do with your business?
Great question.
You see, if you are growing a business from scratch, you should be striving to "create an investment", to create a fabulous opportunity, just like these other leaders have.
But how do you start? What's the first step?
Here's a great start:
- Help your associates in designing a full campaign for your business, including prospecting, closing, and a presentation script.
- Demonstrate leadership at all times. This means going the extra mile, going above and beyond what is expected of you.
- Help to motivate your team to see the bright side of life, and to have fun with their business. If it's all about work, it will get old in a hurry.
- Design a schedule and stick to it. Be specific, and help others on your team to do the same.
- Have specific answers at all times. If your downline is asking you questions you don't know, then find out. At least make the effort to point them in the right direction to get the question answered.
Doing this simple list is a start. It probably won’t get you to RVP in Team National, but it’s a great start in learning how to become successful in your business.
To Your Success,
